Preparation Meeting ;)

Dear HOF members,

In conjuction of our 4th of July

THEMED event (American

independence day & ADP ice

breaker) which is going to be held

on the 3rd of July 2009,

we would require participation &

help from our dear members.

if you are free and interested to lend a helping arm (maybe hands, leg and such as well :p)
